Shipping Policy
At Fantastees, many of our products are made to order. This helps us reduce waste, keep more designs available and produce each item especially for you.
Production & Delivery Times
Most orders require approximately 2 business days for production before they are dispatched.
To make things simpler, the estimated delivery times shown at checkout already include our normal production time. You do not need to add production time to the delivery estimate shown.
For example, if your chosen shipping option shows 4–6 business days, this is our estimated timeframe from placing your order to receiving it, rather than 4–6 days plus production.
Please remember that these are estimated delivery times rather than guaranteed delivery dates. During particularly busy periods, public holidays or circumstances outside our control, production or delivery may occasionally take a little longer.
United Kingdom
We currently offer the following UK delivery options:
Standard Delivery — £4.45
Estimated delivery: 4–6 business days
Express Delivery — £5.90
Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days
FREE Standard Delivery on orders of £59.98 or more
The estimated times above include our normal production time.
European Union
Standard Delivery — £7.99
Estimated delivery: 5–8 business days
Express Delivery — £11.99
Estimated delivery: 4–7 business days
International delivery times can occasionally be affected by local postal services, customs processing and public holidays.
International
Standard International — £14.99
Estimated delivery: 7–16 business days
Express International — £19.99
Estimated delivery: 6–11 business days
These estimates include our normal production time but may vary depending on the destination, customs clearance and local delivery services.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Orders delivered outside the United Kingdom may be subject to local customs duties, import taxes or other charges depending on the destination country.
These charges, where applicable, are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient. Fantastees does not control these charges or receive any portion of them.
Tracking Your Order
Where tracking is available, you’ll receive your tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Please allow a little time for tracking information to become active after receiving your dispatch confirmation.
Delayed or Missing Orders
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery window, please check your tracking information first.
If something doesn’t look right, please get in touch with us and we’ll be happy to investigate.
Incorrect Delivery Addresses
Please double-check your delivery address before completing your order.
If you notice an error after ordering, contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to correct it before production or dispatch, but once an order has been dispatched we may not be able to change the delivery address.

We’d rather give you a realistic delivery estimate and hopefully get your order to you early than promise an unrealistically quick delivery time and leave you wondering where your order is.
